Turning a house into several apartments creates good new homes in a more responsible way, meeting the needs of today’s families in the Paris suburbs.

Heights, setbacks, footprints, neighbours: the rooftop extension steps back from the façade, so it all but disappears from the pavement and makes room for a generous terrace.

03

The façade gains in clarity, the openings are rethought for daylight, and energy performance is markedly improved.
